LOOKING FOR A HORSE

A man was looking for the horse he rode three days long. When he arrived at a village he used to ask, “Did you see my horse?”
      “No, we didn’t.” – was a reply.
In the next village he was asking again,
      “Did you see a horse?”
      “No, we didn’t.” – was a reply.
So he was moving from village to village. After a while he met a more clever man and asked him, “Did you see any stray horse somewhere here?”
“No, I didn’t. When did you lose it?” – the villager was asking.
“Three days ago, today including,” – the man said.
“What color is your horse?” – the villager was asking again.
      “Skewbald” – he said.
“Isn’t it the one that you are riding?”
So he dismounted his horse, looked at it and exclaimed, “Yes, exactly, here it is!” He mounted his horse once again and trotted home, happily.
